Erik is the driving force behind the success of multiple restaurant concepts, including his leadership at Big Onion Hospitality, where he spearheaded the expansion of 11 restaurant locations across Chicago and Nashville. Under his guidance, the group became one of the elite groups in the highly competitive Chicagoland area, a testament to his strategic approach to business development, financial planning, and marketing innovation.
